As a guest at Royal Park Resort, our policies are deliberated to boost your stay and confirm maximum comfort and convenience throughout. Please be aware of the following policies:

CHECK IN – 11:00 AM.
( Early check in available on extra charge, based on availability)

CHECK OUT – 2:00 PM
(late check out available on extra charge, based on availability)

Pets : For the comfort and safety of all the guests, pets are not permitted.

Smoking: Royal Park Resorts & SPA offers Smoking Zone within Hotel Premises. Please contact front desk for more information.

Guest Identifications: According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18+ staying at Royal Park Resorts , The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Aadhar card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 15 days to check in : No cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation within 07 days to check in : One-night cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation within 03 days to check in : 100% of the booking will be charged.
  • In case of No Show / Early check out : No Refund and 100% charges applicable .
